If you send an item back before reading and contacting Lorin Taylor, we cannot process your return properly and you will lose your store credit if we don't chat about your needs. Thank you for understanding!

Non-returnable & Non-refundable:

- Email shoplorintaylor@gmail.com within 7 days of your delivered package
- If qualified, your return should be in the mail within 7 days and a tracking number sent to the email above. Lorin Taylor Boutique is not responsible for lost packages. Please submit a claim with USPS
- Wrong fit? No problem! You can return your styles for store credit only
- The customer is responsible for all return costs.
- Lorin will respond with the shipping return address via email
- You can return in a poly mailer as your cheapest option
- You will receive store credit once all styles are returned undamaged with tags
Need an exchange? We will process as a return or you can purchase your preferred size anytime!

- Send photos of your concerns of design placement and quality
- A qualified refund or unqualified will be decided from my printing manufacturer.
- You will receive a full refund if you qualify for a refund and you can re-order for a reprint if you wish.
- All design fees are non-refundable.

- All customized and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the design placement is off centered or the quality doesn't pass after talking with support.
- You will be issued a full refund if my support team approves the misprint. They are very good about providing the best support! Some things might get missed in production, but we are here to help make it right!
- All design files and fees (if any) are non-refundable, but we will make the order right if it is delivered with pour placement/ quality!
