If you send an item back before reading and have not contacting Lorin Taylor, we cannot process your return properly and you will lose your store credit if we don't chat about your needs first. All requests must be approved. Thank you for understanding!

Jewels:

All jewels are final sale. Please note, all jewelry is not waterproof or tarnish proof. Most jewels will be "waterproof" for the underlying metal material and all plating metal is tarnish resistant. Wash your jewels with fresh water if exposed to sweat, salt water, or dirt. We cannot guarantee your jewels to be tarnish free if you do not properly take care of your jewelry over the months of owning it.

Returnable with store credit only within 7 Days of USPS scanned delivery 

All styles that are full price at the time of purchase

• Wrong fit? No problem! You can return your styles for store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original card.
• The customer is responsible for all return costs. Lorin Taylor will send you an invoice for a return label and then send you a printable label via email
  
• Lorin Taylor Boutique is not responsible for lost packages. Claim with USPS.
• You will receive store credit once all styles are returned undamaged with tags

1. Email shoplorintaylor@gmail.com within 7 days of your delivered package
2. IF APPROVED: Lorin will respond with a return label invoice for you to purchase + print from home
3. Purchase, print your own return label, and mail back within 7 days
4. Place styles in a "poly mailer" as your cheapest option. A box is more expensive.
5. Take to your local USPS
6. Have your post office give you a waterproof label pocket to place your printed return label in. Or if you have a thermal printer you can print on a 4X6 sticker label.
7. Please submit a claim with USPS if we have not received your package. REFER TO YOUR TRACKING NUMBER or email us for assistance!
8. Once your return is successfully received and inspected of any damage, wear & tear, and smells by Lorin Taylor, you will see your refund as store credit only, in your account with the email you purchased with. If any damage or smells are present, a refund will not be issued and you may request to have your style sent back to you. A shipping label invoice will be sent to you again, if you wish and we will happily send your item back to you.
9. Use your store credit by adding styles to your cart as an exchange alternative. You will see the check box to use or save your store credit before placing your order. Be sure your store credit is used if you wish.. we can not fix this on your new order if you forget, and you can use it on your next order.

Need an exchange? We will process as a return with the process above, or you can purchase your preferred size/ style anytime!

Lorin Taylor Designs are made to order by a third party printing company, and you may be qualified for a refund or free reprint. Some items are not printed by a third party and can be returned within 7 days with store credit only if it's the wrong size.

2. You must send photos of your concerns of design placement and quality
3. A qualified refund or unqualified will be decided from my printing manufacturer. 
4. You will receive a full refund if you qualify for a refund
5. You can request for a reprint, if you wish, and Lorin will process this for you!
6. All custom design fees are non-refundable, if any.
