READ BEFORE PROCESSING AN ITEM FOR RETURN
If you send an item back before reading and contacting Lorin Taylor, we cannot process your return properly and you will lose your store credit if we don't chat about your needs. All requests must be approved. Thank you for understanding!

Returnable with store credit within 7 Days of delivery
All styles that are full price at the time of purchase
- Wrong fit? No problem! You can return your styles for store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original card.
- The customer is responsible for all return costs (return label + mailer)
- Lorin Taylor Boutique is not responsible for lost packages.
- You will receive store credit once all styles are returned undamaged with tags
- Email shoplorintaylor@gmail.com within 7 days of your delivered package
- IF APPROVED: Lorin will respond with a return label invoice for you to purchase + print from home
- Purchase, print your own return label, and mail within 7 days
- Place styles in a poly mailer as your cheapest option. A box is more expensive.
- Take to your local USPS
- Have your post office give you a waterproof label pocket to place your printed return label in. Or if you have a thermal printer you can print on a 4X6 sticker label.
- Please submit a claim with USPS if we have not received your package. REFER TO YOUR TRACKING NUMBER or email us!
- Once your return is successfully received and inspected of any damage and smells by Lorin Taylor, you will see your refund as store credit only, in your account with the email you purchased with. If any damage or smells are present, a refund will not be issued and you may request to have your style sent back to you. A shipping label invoice will be sent to you again, if you wish.
- Use your store credit by adding styles to your cart. You will see the check box to use or save your store credit before placing your order.
Need an exchange? We will process as a return with the process above, or you can purchase your preferred size anytime!

- You must send photos of your concerns of design placement and quality
- A qualified refund or unqualified will be decided from my printing manufacturer.
- You will receive a full refund if you qualify for a refund
- You can request for a reprint, if you wish, and Lorin will process this for you!
- All custom design fees are non-refundable, if any.
